Tequila it really does bring us together.

By Living Room Realty, September 30, 2018

Aj has many things going for him and his mad skills at mixing amazing drinks is just one of them.  Thats how we met, Aj making some delish spicy margs for me and my hubby.  5 months later when AJ was ready to buy his first home he remembered his tequila drinking friends and gave me a call.

Aj had been renting for a long time and was ready to make the move.  Being a first time buyer I knew there would be a learning curve as is normal, I was wrong.  Aj being a business major had already done a lot of research online, was  pre-approved and knew where he wanted to live.  We looked at a few homes, but once we walked into the newly remodeled house in Lents we didn’t look at any more.  Corner lot, master en suite, detached oversized garage and adorable kitchen nook under $350k – it was a perfect fit!  He had to check with his roommates since they would be making the big move with him and they were all on board.  The bars and restaurants in the new Lents Town Center only blocks away sealed the deal.

I loved working with Aj, his excitement and knowledge about the home buying process made him the dream client.  His easy going attitude, sense of humor and zest for life make him a great new friend!  He has a lot of great ideas for improvements at his new home that I look forward to seeing in the future.  I’ll bring the tequila of course!
