Lombard Street is a nice way to tour North Portland and all it has to offer. When you hit Columbia Park, you’re in Portsmouth. Between St. Johns and I-5, the unassuming neighborhood is having a renaissance of sorts as Portland grows in popularity. There are lots of lovely homes in the area, many beautifully updated, and others waiting to be refreshed.
