SOLD! Income Producing Property in Troutdale

By Living Room Realty, March 29, 2019

SOLD + CLOSED!

I had the pleasure of working with a client who wanted an investment property in Oregon or SW Washington. Suzanne was referred to me by a friend. Suzanne wanted a turn key property that would produce residual income. Suzanne and I spent time touring around several different investment properties focusing to begin with on the Westside of Portland mostly only to be disappointed by condition of properties considering the prices of the investment.

After becoming discouraged by the inventory, we decided to expand our search to outer areas and found a property near 122nd and Division.  The property was listed as being built in 1996 and having three units and room to build more. After visiting the property, we realized the property had a 1920’s home and 1996 additions. This was not ok with the buyer so we continued our search.

A couple properties popped up on Gresham and Troutdale. The Gresham property sold within a matter or two days before we could get by. We visited the Troutdale property and it was in pretty decent condition in a walkable location to downtown Troutdale, which is super cute filled with great restaurants and boutiques.

Welcome to investing in Troutdale Suzanne!!
