What a gem! This sweet century home has an addition that fits right in. The lucky new owners found the perfect blend of old and new, featuring an ensuite bathroom in a king-sized bedroom, one level living with extra storage in the basement and a rare 2 car garage all on an extra wide lot. Back in the 1960’s the lady who owned this property sitting next to an alley that was being used for impromptu motorcycle racing, managed to get the alley incorporated into her yard. Bonus!
