PORTLAND, Ore. – July 30, 2019 – Living Room Realty, a real estate company specializing in Portland, Vancouver, and the North Oregon Coast joyfully announces the promotion of Coty Thurman to Managing Principal Broker. Thurman brings nearly 20 years of real estate and property management experience to her new role.
Thurman will lead the team of 131 licensed real estate agents and manage day-to-day operations for Living Room Realty’s four offices in Portland. She will oversee all sales activity, training and recruitment. Additionally, she will be an active representative of Living Room Realty’s brand values and drive the team towards its vision.

Thurman has dedicated her career to helping clients buy and rent homes. Thurman previously served as Lead Property Manager for Living Room Property Management. Prior to joining Living Room, she worked as a real estate broker and property manager for multifamily communities throughout the Portland metropolitan area as well as in Marin County, California and Boulder, Colorado. In 2018, the Pearl District Business Association named Thurman Property Manager of the Year.
