Lovebird Cyclist Taken by Surprise

Ryan and Anna are such amazing people. Bike enthusiasts and very much about quality. When we met with them their timeframe was purchasing a home in a years time, but low and behold the perfect home came on the market that fit their criteria was within a mile from both their work which meant that biking to work would be a sure thing! Plus it had that old home charm that was so special to them.

Soon we were in contract and inspection negotiations were underway. This was the most grueling part of the transaction due to research, bids, and back and forth. We wrapped everything up in 2 weeks time and they were able to negotiate concessions down tot he wire right before the deadline and celebrated their victory with a nice sunny vacation to Mexico.

While in Mexico we got this sweet picture of their beautiful pup Bertie keeping home alive back in Oregon basking in the snow during a rare cyclone weather pattern that we experienced in November.

When they returned they were back to cycling and off to the signing table.

We are so excited for you both and can’t wait to see the sparkle you give to your new home and to see Bertie funning in his new yard.
