When you love where you live, but need more space, you just buy a bigger townhome! Jamie and Rachel were living in a two bedroom condo in their Happy Valley community with their children. As time passed they realized the space was just not big enough for their family. Luckily a larger townhome came to market just two doors down.
We looked at the townhome home during the summer and a few months later Jamie and Rachel decided it was time. They wrote an under listing price offer and after a few days of negotiation we had come to an agreement with the seller. One month later I was able to give Jamie and Rachel the keys and they started their move to a home with some much needed additional space.
