Just before the declared Pandemic, I toured a number of new construction homes in Vancouver and Camas, Washington. New construction is booming in the Couve’ and Camas! I had a different experience with each builder. Some were casual, some were very organized, others are more of a grass roots style, and each have a different level of quality build. Here is my list of builders and my thoughts on each. The client I was touring with had a budget of $450-650k, so this information is only based on my own experience for these specific builders and my buyer. Residential construction is now open again in Washington!
