They say it takes a village to raise a child. In PDX these days it often seems like it takes a village for a child to be able to afford a house!! While that is frustrating and unfair on many levels, having parents that are willing and able to help their child afford a home is certainly advantageous. This family was able to find and purchase a darling home. The whole process was a family affair, with many texts/emails/calls to the folks. In the end, everyone one is pleased. And one lucky “kid” can’t wait to move into their new home.
