Patient, Smart and Persistent

By Living Room Realty, July 25, 2020

First time homebuyer Alix hit the sweet spot. Patient, smart, and persistent, she had just the right combo of traits to make this happen, and in this market, it was no easy feat. We pounded the pavement all the way from Brentwood-Darlington to Kenton and lots of places in-between. Not too picky, but a few must haves were on the list. Decisive and eager, it was also easy to get disappointed in this market, but Alix was amazingly persistent and wanted to pick it right back up. After getting in back-up position three times, it turned out the third time really was the charm. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in South Tabor, she hit the jackpot with a straightforward purchase and a really great house in an easy and quiet little community.

Coaching first-time homebuyers is really fun when your buyer wants to do their homework and show up with smart questions. That’s Alix. Always cool and collected, we wanted to be sure to make good, solid financial decisions and to have a head’s up about what is coming down the pike next.

It was a real pleasure working alongside her and partner Drew, and I wish them and their little dog Arthur many years of happiness here!
