Closed on Two Homes in Two Days!

By Mel Marzahl, July 31, 2020

Congrats to Marisa and Danny who just closed on two homes in two days! Marisa listed her home in Garden Home on a Friday, and the same day we all toured some homes together an found one they loved!

By the end of the weekend Marisa and Danny had their offer on the new home accepted for 10K under the asking price, and had two great offers over asking on their old place. They accepted one, put the other in back-up position, and celebrated a successful weekend of real estate negotiations!

Dealing with two transactions simultaneously is double the work, but Marisa and Danny handled it perfectly. I negotiated extra time in their old home after closing so they would have some time to spruce up their new place before moving in. We also negotiated closing credits for some repairs, a home warranty, and a professional cleaning on their new place.  Marisa’s old home closed yesterday (read the post about it here). Marisa and Danny are currently celebrating the closing of both places today on their new back porch while the dogs play in their beautiful new backyard.

Congrats Marisa and Danny!

This gives her an edge when it comes to marketing properties and communicating with her clients.
