Blog Stories Working With Friends

Working With Friends

By Living Room Realty, October 8, 2020

I think I might have a blog with this exact title and sentiment, but working with friends, especially family friends, is both rewarding and anxiety inducing. You want to do the absolute best you can to thank them for working with you over someone else. But today’s market is pretty tough on first time home buyers. I worked with B&C for a couple months, bounced off a couple of doors and it seemed like that would go on for as long as this market stayed red hot. Luckily, it helps when you have friends in the industry! Bryan and Christine loved a home in the wonderful Argay Terrace, and the listing agent just happened to be a former co worker. We brought in a great offer, and promised to be easy. We got it! Congratulations to B&C for the new place!
