Down South, Down Size!

By Lauren Hurley, December 2, 2020

After selling the big family home in Portland’s West Hills, my client Celina wanted to find an easy, single level house or condo that was easy to maintain, easy to navigate and was in a nice community where she could age in place. Every home we toured in the Portland area was either needing too much updating, had too many levels, or lacked space for her big family to gather. We decided to open up Celina’s search to areas within a 30 min drive of the city. I had recently sold a home in Woodburn’s Tukwila Community, so we ventured down south to see what we could find. Tukwila is a beautiful neighborhood, where homeowners take care of their properties and look out for one another. It wasn’t long before Celina spotted this Listing on the market. A one-level, 3 bed and 2 bath end unit condo that really functioned more like a house. One of Celina’s top requirements was having an attached garage, and this one was not only the perfect floorplan, it also had a double oversized attached garage. Celina got the keys just in time for the holidays and is happy in her new digs down south!
