Keys Please!!!!

By Jamis Minnis, March 19, 2021

Ok real talk,

Don’t get me wrong, I am ALWAYS excited when my clients finally get keys to their new home in their hands. It takes hard work, determination, and really knowing yourself to buy a home in this market. But today, I am a little sadder walking away than usual. My clients Caryn & Sebastian GOT THEIR KEYS! Pure Magic descended upon PDX in the form of snow. We happened upon: a great home, their desired neighborhood, and a fantastic listing agent in the midst of a snowstorm. We didn’t have a bidding war, were able to ask for repairs, and settled at a place that felt good. This was a dream team scenario.
One that won’t be soon forgotten.
While I’m sooooooooo pumped that Caryn & Sebastian have found their dream home, I am also immediately sad that we won’t be seeing each other as often as we have been. These two have a wondrous love and trust in each other. They encompass integrity, honesty, and compassion. Ahhh, it’s a sight to behold. I’m so honored to have been chosen by the two and wish them years of happiness in their new abode!
KEYS PLEASE!
