Chad Brackett and I would like to congratulate our clients, Trudi and Todd, on the sale of their house in Clackamas. Trudi and Todd did an amazing job prepping their house for sale, which was no small task while spending most of the days helping 3 young children with online learning. A little work made their house shine. It had much to offer many buyers with a wonderful floor plan, 5 generous sized bedrooms, 2.5 baths and added bonus of sitting on a quiet cul de sac. The house sold quickly and was over asking as expected. We are now on the hunt for their forever home!
