When it’s Meant to be, it’s Meant to be!

By Living Room Realty, May 17, 2021

This beautiful one level, corner lot, light and bright Cedar Hills home was exactly what my clients were looking for! But they just knew they would once again be out-bid. After six weeks of writing offers and not having any accepted, we were all emotionally spent. But we wrote an offer anyway, and added an escalation clause extending them to their very max possible price! The sellers reviewed offers and asked everyone to submit again at their highest and best. My client said “no”. They were exhausted and didn’t want to even try. Well…. the next day, the sellers called and said they hoped we’d reconsider and buy their home at their original offer with no escalation. Amazing! The sellers said, “they just knew that it was meant to be”.  So now my lovely clients are going to be near both their children and all their grandchildren, in an excellent neighborhood, and enjoying the mid-century charm of this home. I could not be more thrilled for them! The home features a large eat in kitchen, gorgeous hardwood floors throughout, a large jacuzzi tub in the main bath, and a beautiful back yard. Sometimes it’s just meant to be!
