Congratulations are in order for Kathryn and her family for the purchase of her new, beautiful townhome! This property is one of several townhomes in a “cottage cluster” style neighborhood: Cottage clusters are typically made of several detached properties arranged around a central space. Living in a complex like this allows residents to foster a sense of community that can sometimes be hard to come by in other living settings.
