Just Sold! Treehouse Dreams

By Sophie Ragsdale, September 24, 2021

Around mid-July, I went on a social media treehouse bender. I posted three choice wooded homes on Instagram with captions like, I love treehouses!! Indeed, I do! There is something exciting and extraordinary them. Maybe it is a harkening back to childhood play, or maybe it’s the majestic wisdom of trees themselves. At any rate, I am not the only one with a love for a good treehouse.

Not one week later my client asked to see the crown jewel of Portland Heights treehouses. This one I had been admiring since it hit the market. The home had been overlooked by buyers because showing access was tricky and it appeared cluttered in photographs (Listing prep, folks!). Well, these lucky and persistent clients got $150K off the original list price!

Turns out that manifesting hoo ha works. Congrats to my dear clients.
