Mt Tabor Charmer

By Living Room Realty, October 4, 2021

About six months ago, I received a referral from some past clients who were thinking of buying a house, and had a lot of questions about the current market, timing, and how to be smart during this intensely competitive time in real estate. We had a long and thorough conversation about all things real estate. The buyers weren’t quite ready yet, but we decided to keep in touch and would be ready to jump once they sorted out a few details. Fast forward to August, and they reached out to let me know they saw a house online that seemed perfect. We looked at it that evening at 4:00, and the offer deadline was for 5:00 pm. I called the agent, got the update on the competition, and we wrote an offer sitting on the curb outside of the house. It was a wild rush! Unfortunately, they didn’t get that house, but it is all for the best, because this Mt Tabor home was just waiting for them. They loved the house, the neighborhood, and the idyllic backyard. When we looked at it, they just felt like the were home. The best part is the transaction was about as smooth as they come! Congratulations to the proud new owners of this dialed in Mt Tabor home!
