Yesterday I had the honor of delivering a shiny new set of keys to Jenn and Sarah, two wonderful people whom I have been working with since this last spring. After just barely missing the first property they liked with a backup acceptance, Sarah sent this house over so we could look together and they loved it! Their submitted offer was one of three, but with competitive terms and a wonderful seller who wanted her home to pass on to somebody who would treat it with love, we were able to secure an acceptance! As soon as we received acceptance, the rest of the process was a breeze because everybody on both sides collaborated together seamlessly. Jenn and Sarah were patient, communicative, and such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I’m so happy we were able to find this house so perfectly suited to their needs and we all believe they are meant to be here!
Jenn and Sarah let us know that they spent their first evening in their new home in front of the fireplace with pizza and beer and it’s updates like these that make us feel like we are making a small difference in people’s lives. I’m honored to have been a part of their journey. Congratulations to Jenn and Sarah!
