Space for their future family!

By Living Room Realty, October 22, 2021

Kaitlyn and Ross are some of my favorite clients ever! They are both wonderful people full and energy and smiles. We met several years back and worked together on the purchase of their first home after college. They moved in and truly made that house their home, and dove head in and became active members of their community. They have loved it there and were very hesitant to move… but they knew at some point if they were going to have a growing family they will need more space. We chatted about things for about 6 months, going over options, and keeping an eye on the market… they really were hesitant to move… but then this home came along… It was the perfect size and look for them, and their best friends literally lived right across the street! They were calling out for guidance and the universe answered. This home ended up getting 9 offers, with several at a higher price point then ours.. but, we had a couple of really strong terms written in our offer, so our offer was accepted! Then the whirlwind began… we had 2 weeks to close… it was hectic, but we got it done! Now Kaitlyn and Ross can move into this next home with an abundance of space for their future family. It’s been a joy working with you both!
