Hello from land’s end. After a couple years of very low inventory and radically increasing prices maybe things are starting to cool. Showing activity seems a little more subdued. The typical 10+ offer scenario on a new listing is now maybe 3-4 offers. But they are still good offers, and there is still competition. I’m seeing new listings pop up with a stronger pace.
