This cozy home had it all: an oasis with privacy, location, and VIEWS.
Nestled along the Willamette River, the neighborhood of Linnton is smack dab between two of Portland’s most beautiful sights – Sauvie Island and Forest Park. Founded in 1843 by Peter Burnett (who went on to become the first governor of California) Linnton initially operated as a lumber town and home of Portland Smelting Company. Linnton was incorporated into Portland in 1915, bringing with it much of the acreage that makes up modern-day Forest Park.
Congrats to the happy buyers on their lovely historic home!
