Pier Park Scores Great New Neighbors

By Living Room Realty, March 2, 2018

This sweet family ranch seemed like the perfect match for Laura and Andrew the minute they laid eyes on the house. The immaculately maintained front yard gave Laura the garden itch. Featuring stone raised garden beds and potted plants greeting you at the entrance, how could your thumb not turn green! The family ranch home is located in N Portland, and walking distance from the infamous neighborhood, St. Johns and Pier Park. The location makes the commute for Andrew and Laura, both working at Adidas, easy breezy with the office minutes away.

The interior features a cozy living room with a wood burning fireplace, a quaint dining room with a kitchen to add on to (all the house projects!) and don’t forget the added fence in the backyard for extra privacy for when the sweet couple hosts summer gatherings. With room to grow, Laura and Andrew cannot absolutely wait to get started with their new chapter in life, in their new supreme home.

When it comes to buying your first home, the process can seem a bit overwhelming. It was such a lovely experience working with first time home buyers, Laura and Andrew and I am extremely grateful they trusted me with their first real estate purchase. Needless to say, I think these first-time home buyers are exceedingly happy with their decision of their new home!
