Brenda Gunderson has been added to my list…

By Living Room Realty, May 9, 2018

I want to give a shout out to a wonderful real estate agent that I am in the process of working with.  She is representing the buyer,  I am working with the seller.

Since people rarely tell us when we are doing a great job, I want to give a shout out!   Brenda deserves a fist bump for being a great communicator, showing tenacity as a problem solver and showing vulnerability.  That last word is one we don’t often use in the industry of real estate- vulnerability.  But it’s really important.  If you are able to put yourself in the other side’s shoes in the transaction, show some empathy, talk about you concerns, be transparent,  you can be more successful.  Great agents chuck their ego’s aside and brainstorm how to make a deal stay together when it gets tricky.  Brenda has looked ahead to find and implement solutions rather then pass-the-buck to me.  It’s called cooperating.  It’s a breath of fresh air.  Brenda is a GREAT agent.  I have added her to my list of agents I wish to work with.  (I have a separate list for those I detest, but luckily there are only three agents on that list).  Brenda rocks.  If you are an agent and she writes on one of your listings, I would put her buyers offer in your “A” stack.  She is grit.  She is word.  —–  (she doesn’t know I’m writing this).  You want to co-op with her.
