I have built my almost 20-year real estate career on a foundation of strenuous advocacy, education, and service. My most important goals are not of production or market share but rather of building trust and of service to your needs.
I see a successful real estate career as simply the likely outcome that comes from relentless observance of my duties as a fiduciary for you. Supporting you in meeting your real estate, and often life, goals with knowledge, skill, systems, compassion, and a good dose of humor is my jam! It’s how I show up for all of the people in my life: clients, colleagues, friends, my kids, my husband, and loved ones.
Even our adorable and perfect in every way dog Rouge, gets my advocacy and my fierce protection. Well, who are we kidding, especially our dog Rouge…
As you are considering, I also chose to be at Living Room Realty. The core values that are reflected in every aspect of Living Room’s work in the greater Portland area are what brought me to Living Room in 2011. The serious commitment LRR has made to the environmental and social requirements outlined in their B-Corp status, the Loving Room Fund set up by our agents who donate a portion of every commission to local non-profits, and our incredibly vibrant community is what has kept me here ever since.
Any leftover time finds me volunteering as a founding member of the Community Equity Council at Ida B Wells High School in SW Portland (go Guardians!), pulling gallons and gallons of rocks out of the soil of my garden (and you all complain about heavy clay!) to plant something wondrous, or just staring at my garden beds (as my family will say “FOR HOURS”) as I decide what needs to move where and when. Stormy days will find me chipping away at a goal of making the most perfect loaf of sourdough bread. It’s definitely to be continued…
