The vast majority of the work I do here around Manzanita is residential in nature, home and land. But a few times each year I am involved in commercial properties, both land and business spaces. Beach towns need courageous investors and entrepreneurs to help them grow in ways that are both profitable and enhance the quality of life for locals and visitors alike.
