Why is Manzanita so expensive? Is it a bubble? Hype? I think it’s about a mountain on the north end, a bay and river on the south, a perfect long sand beach in between. I have never met someone that bought property here because someone else said they should. They knew what they were getting into. You could wait for it to be cheaper..? Will it ever be?
