Time flies. Even when inventory seems to crawl, homes and opportunities come and go. The strong seller’s market of a year ago has plateaued. But prices remain high and competition for coast property endures. I’ve heard many buyers over the last couple years say they are ‘not sure about the price’. Manzanita/Neahkahnie is an area where I doubt many will ever be 100% sure of the price. But I have met very few people that have been here more than 5 years that still think about their purchase price. When you know the time is right, and the property is right, jump in.
