It has been said that you don’t stop wrestling the gorilla when YOU are tired, you only stop wrestling when the GORILLA is tired. The covid gorilla is not tired yet, by a long shot. It seems sellers are hunkering down at the coast. Today there are 3 homes for sale in all of Manzanita, 2 of those will be sale pending by tomorrow. A market with one home for sale? I have not seen that in 25 years here. Time to get creative, look a bit further up and down the coast. Buy a lot, build something. But don’t give up.
