Scott and Shari have been working up to their perfect sunset view for sometime. Their journey started when they bought their first fixer house in Manzanita in 2012. Long time Manzanita visitors with their kids and golden retriever, the dream was to have their own house there. They loved it and ended up buying and fixing up several houses over the last few years. After the last sale, they decided to scrap the fixing, and just buy something that was ready to go, and this time it had to have an ocean view. We knew we’d have to wait for the perfect home, and they were patient. That patience along with a clarity of vision were clutch in them being able to snatch up a perfect architectural gem! It has mega amounts of sunlight 
and a clear ocean view. No need to be on the beach to watch the sun sink into the horizon. It’s one of the best houses I’ve had the honor of connecting a family with. We love connecting people to their dreams! Be it in Manzanita, Portland Proper or up on the Mountain!
