Why does this happen?!?
Ashley and Shea came to me on a second attempt to purchase a home of their own. When I asked them why they didn’t reach out to the agent they were working with before, they said that communication had lagged and they felt that they were being led to buy a house that didn’t suit them.
Let me make it clear how I see my job as your buyers agent:
I’m here to show you homes, inform you of our RE market, point out potential issues or features you may not have noticed, to listen and be a sounding board for the goals you’ve set out for your home.
I am not here to sell you ‘on’ a house, especially if you don’t want it. I’ve never sold anyone a home they didn’t want. I don’t do that.
My job is to listen and when you, as a buyer, get that super excited feeling in your belly and your soul that ‘I could really live here’, then I turn my laser focus and experience toward getting you what you want. It makes for such a great buying experience and that is how I run my business.
It takes patience to honor my clients’ process and I have been known to tell buyers that, ‘if the location, condition and price feel right for you, you should consider making an offer’.

My neighborhoods:
I live on the East Side and know the areas from Gresham to the inner East Side like a well worn glove. I love to work, shop and spend time on the West Side. I built a home with my dad. I know what a quality build looks like and some things to watch out for. The inspection period in sale or purchase of a home is an opportunity for me to shine.
