Lents Ranch House: 14.5 percent over $275,000 asking price. “Great starter home for a first-time buyer or investment rental opportunity,” said listing agent.

Kenton Classic: 14.4 percent over $439,000 asking price. “New kitchen with quartz counters, eating bar, gas range. This home won’t last,” said listing agent.
