Success in the Southwest

By Living Room Realty, October 2, 2020

Look out SW, there is a new brewer in town! I would like to take this very public opportunity to congratulate my two friends, clients, and new homeowners – Tyler and Kate!

Tyler, Kate, and I spent so much time together this past month that I feel like I could move in. What do you say, guys? Just kidding!

Despite a global pandemic and the tragic forest fires, Tyler and Kate remained focused and strong. They knew what they wanted in a home, did the research, and were targeted in their approach. Once we found the right listing, we swooped in and were promptly rewarded with an accepted offer! This home checked many of my client’s boxes … it was a close commute to work, was in their desired location, it has room for a hot tub and a serious yard party, AND it has a garage big enough for a home brewery. That’s right folks, Tyler, a professional brewer, just moved in and the beer is about to flow.

Many great beginnings have come from a person’s garage (and home) and I have no doubts that this new adventure will be the launching point to Tyler & Kate’s exciting life together. Best of luck you two! Keep me posted on that homebrew 😊
