My latest clients were in a state of distress when they first called me just 2 weeks ago. A house full of furniture, boxes, work product & an adventure seeking feline can do that to a person. Especially when you’re a person on a deadline with a new employer in another part of the country. Yes the road was calling Joanne & Mike and they needed to get on it stat! It was obvious that a “hands-on” approach was needed here.
So we set about helping them coordinate and manage a rigorous cleaning, painting, landscaping, handywork & staging process. Then on to capturing, editing & producing media (one of my favorite steps). 10 furious days later and we hit the market today! Have a look by clicking the image below.

In the end, these clients simply believed that partnering up with a good (full-service) broker and getting the house ready for the spotlight will more than pay for itself. And who am I to argue?
