Full Video Tour Here

New York style artist loft in the Portland Pearl District. This loft keeps the creative energy flowing with 11 foot ceilings and exposed concrete pillars and ductwork. The west facing wall of windows catches the eye with stunning sunset views and sweeping west hills views all day. Uber functional updated kitchen with Viking appliances, high end plumbing fixtures, gas stove and large island. Built in shelving and free standing closet allow for practical storage. New air conditioning unit in 2021 and deeded parking. Building also includes gym, community atrium with BBQs and meeting room.

All the spaces to create and relax while being just steps to restaurants, bars and shopping. Wake up and grab your morning coffee at Barista before a yoga class at YoYoYogi. After a restorative morning on the mat enjoy lunch on the rooftop deck at 10 Barrel Brewing and an afternoon stroll to Powell’s Books.  All of this within blocks of the Avenue Lofts!

The Avenue Lofts building was formerly the Meier and Frank warehouse.  Built in 1923 it was converted to lofts in 2004 with seismic upgrades. The conversion worked to retain what was there before while adding modern amenities. The building is on the national historic registry.
