Spoiler alert, after writing 15+ offers they actually bought the very best house we toured! This is one of those bitter sweet closings, so excited for my buyers but will truly miss our daily texts and touring with them.
This has not been an easy market for FHA buyers will very little down and no funds for repairs or appraisal bridges, it took the heart of a seller who also bought with an FHA loan to finally win one. They started their search in late April and move in next week. It has been an absolute delight to be part of this process and I am so thrilled for them!
