We did it! At last, we closed on a property and Jake and John and up and rolling on Houselab’s fourth renovation. We’ve received amazing feedback from buyers’ and neighbors’ alike from our past projects. It’s an amazing feeling knowing that we’re doing projects that people are excited about.
We’re hoping this next project will be our best yet. Located just a few doors down from Jefferson High School, it’s similar to our project on N Detroit. It’s got similar bones, with 2 beds and one bath up and 2 beds and one bath on the main. Another blank canvas in the basement, we’re thinking about doing it up just a little bit down there..
