Navigating a seller’s market, with all time low inventory levels, all time low interest rates AND a pandemic is enough to scare any buyer into submission. When Suneet was referred to me, I was made aware that he was in contract in a home, but just lost it because his earnest money wasn’t deposited in time. The REALTOR® he was working with, at the time, failed him. After picking my jaw up off the ground, I got to work. I wanted to restore his faith in REALTORS® and show him how I will be a true advocate for him and his family. We made a few offers, but just couldn’t compete with the inflated multiple offers, until this gem came along.

We were the first to see it and the first to submit an offer. I did my best to build rapport with the seller’s agent and I promised her we’d be giving them an offer they couldn’t refuse. And, they didn’t. Out of all the offers, the sellers thought our “package” was the most attractive. Between my 18 years of experience and solid relationship with the lender, my client’s stellar credit and my communication skills, my client is now able to call this his new home. And guess what folks? We got this with a first time buyer’s program at 100% financing. I’m so happy for Suneet and his family and know they will fill this house with love and laughter.
