Real Estate is very rewarding but it can be trying at times. I see myself as a project manager…and sometimes a magician. Pulling off a close date with multiple repairs. With multiple contractors. All the while, your sellers are on a cruise ship with limited communication…this is work! I work with great contractors and have amazing clients! And although a transaction may be a bit bumpy, it feels SO good when the keys change hands.
