Back in the days, some further back than others, I stuck my toe in the water of coastal village development. Manzanita has been my full time home for 25 years. During that time I have had the honor of building and conceiving Coast Cabins, the condos at 144 Laneda, my personal home above Polaris art gallery and most recently the home of Living Room Realty at the coast.
