Collaboration with Artist, Zach Hixson

By Living Room Realty, March 27, 2020

When I signed the listing agreement for this beautiful craftsman home in First Addition, I knew the staging was going to need to be on point. At 4,288 sq ft, the house is huge and has many rooms…each needed a purpose. Due to the size, I was unable to use my normal stager, Copeland + Co. I reached out to On Stage and they were kind enough to allow me to meet them at their warehouse and pull furniture for the staging. The staging turned out amazing and perfectly showcased a “lifestyle look” of the home. I needed large scale art for the house and while staging companies can typically fill that need, I didn’t want inexpensive art to cheapen the look of the house. I reached out to a very talented artist that I follow on Instagram and that I have personally bought work from. I wasn’t sure if he’d be open to the idea of hanging some pieces in the house, but I was overwhelmed with gratitude when he said yes. The art is show stopping and was honestly so perfect for the home and created the cohesion it needed.

I can never thank Zach enough…if you are looking for amazing, original art, painted in a studio in McMinnville, you should reach out to him.
