Today, I started the morning off with a same day signing with awesome clients Steph and Sarah. I had my work cut out for me with their colossal wish list and truly thought that they would make some kind of compromise during our house hunt. When this house came on the market, I knew that we needed to drop everything to go see it. After beating out another offer, they did the impossible, getting their first offer accepted.
