Summer is still going to happen it appears, despite all our present challenges. I’ve been doing this long enough that I am starting to sell houses I helped people buy. The seasons blur together, the years pass. Then out of the blue something profound brings about new perspective, worldwide. I assure you, the ocean is still here.
