My fantastic clients just closed on a house in Manzanita. So I thought it would be fitting to do a quick market overview for other buyers to be in the know.
Current active inventory in Manzanita is very low. Keep this in mind when looking at this report. We’re still in the Seller’s zone, prices have not yet begun to drop.
