He/Him
Ok, here’s my snapshot.
I moved to Portland in October of 1998, moved for love. I’ve been a licensed real estate broker in Oregon since 2000 and would describe myself as a general practitioner helping people navigate residential, investment, and owner-user commercial markets as well as doing some residential tenant representation.
My work experience has ranged from swinging a hammer to brokering Eurodollar Futures. Me and my husband and two cats live in the Overlook/Arbor Lodge neighborhood, together we have built a 20-door rental portfolio and even run a small Airbnb business.
I am originally from Traverse City, MI (NW lower MI), and graduated from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. My quarter-life crisis was spent crewing/hitchhiking on sailing yachts around the Caribbean, British Isles, and Mediterranean Sea for three years. My mid-life crisis was spent with my partner sailing from Portland, OR down to Mexico and hanging out for a year. I'm good with crises. I work with buyers, sellers, and tenants who are all looking to thread the housing needle.
