Affordability and Nature in the City
Centennial is situated on the eastern edge of Southeast Portland, just before Gresham. While on the border of the city, the neighborhood sits between Division and Powell making commuting easy. Centennial features a wide variety of affordable homes, including a nice inventory of mid-century gems waiting to be refreshed. The area has nice access to nature, including Lynchwood Park and Parklane Park, and is a short jaunt to Powell Butte Nature Park.
