Creston-Kenilworth is ideal if you want to be close to all the coolest neighborhoods in close-in Southeast Portland, but pay a little bit less, and who doesn’t?? It’s a laid back, unpretentious community with several nice, older parks, including Kenilworth Park and Creston Park, which has a pool and a dog park. Creston-Kenilworth is also home to the gorgeous Crystal Springs Rhododendron Gardens and one of the city’s few Trader Joe’s!
