Lan and Michael were searching for their coast home for a while and weren’t able to find exactly what they were looking for. After a few times out touring, I was able to get to know their wants/needs, aesthetic appeal, etc. I recalled a expired home in Nedonna that had been recently remodeled. I reached out to the expired listing broker and was able to get a viewing for my clients.
