Necarney New Construction

By Tosha Reinmiller, February 8, 2020

ANOTHER GREAT NEIGHBOR
John and Melissa came to me in September wanting a small coast home for their family to visit as a second home. At the beginning they were up north in Seaside looking at older homes that needed work. I suggested we look down south in Rockaway Beach since prices are generally lower and I knew about this neighborhood with great price points and it’s BRAND NEW! The only down side was it was on the east side of Hwy 101. We searched for a while longer for a home on the west side but they couldn’t stop coming back to this neighborhood. By October they had decided to move forward with a new construction home.

New construction transactions can be challenging, I have honed my new construction skills over the years and I feel as though this one was one of the smoothest new construction deals that I have had in a while. If you are in the middle of a building a new home, you might want to also learn more here you can hire services and lease equipment.

This gem sits on a bluff that backs up to forest and a creek…with a snippet of ocean view. I am SO excited to have these two in our coastal community!
